The ruling of the Courthouse of the Local Police of Conchali favored Yolanda Wilckens and it pointed out that the entity “made fun” of the woman by offering her a hundred pesos which “is not even enough to get a bus ticket to go back home”.
Jose Ramon Bustos, the Head of the Courthouse of the Local Police of Conchali, sentenced the Polla Chilean of Beneficence to pay three million pesos to Yolanda Wilckens, because the company didn’t pay her the two million pesos that she had won with a scratch ticket, because they said that the ticket had been adulterated.
The woman bought the ticket “Polla 7 dados” in the month of April, and it turned out to be prized with two million pesos because in two of the spots there were the numbers 2 and 5.
However, when she went to cash her prize, the money was denied to her because the words written underneath the numbers said two and six.
Wilckens said to the workers in charge to scratch the verifying spot in order to verify that she had not falsified the document, but they refused to do it because they said that it would be sent to the Coin House to determine if it was authentic or not.
