Last Tuesday the return of the first fourteen slot machines that were sized in Valparaiso was made effective, after the Court of Appeals of Buenos Aires accepted the appeal presented by the owners of the machines, who claimed “irregularities” in the seizure last October 10th.

In spite of the restitution, which will continue with 30 other deliveries next week, owners such as Cristian Cabello complaint about the bad state of the machines when they were returned.

The local Prosecutor’s Office, meanwhile, confirmed that they have taken the resolution to the Supreme Court in order to prove that the slot machines are chance machines, which would determine their definitive seizure and even their destruction.
